The Department is well equipped with reference books and informational charts to impart proper education. The Department of General Medicine, a part of SSHMC is a educationally rigorous, diverse yet team oriented department. Our Department offers a unique learning opportunity with peripheral Medical Centers and College hospital. This is an opportunity to develop excellent clinical skills to the students. Our staff works closely with medical students, CRRI’s, who are an integral part of the health care team in the department who actively involve in the treatment. Paediatric Medicine and Psychiatry is also integrated in the department of medicine.
